1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction. There is no maximum limit for standard deposits; however, VIP accounts have different limits based on membership tier.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the name of the same legowin33 member. Deposits from third parties or unrecognised sources will not be accepted and will be returned after deduction of any applicable processing fees.

5 Withdrawal of Winnings

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction;
• Withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes for regular members, and 2–5 minutes for VIP Silver members and above;

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• Wagering Requirements (Rollover): The welcome bonus and most other bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 10x to 30x, depending on the type of bonus;

• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded;
• Postponed Match: Matches suspended and resumed within 24 hours — bets remain valid. Beyond 24 hours — bets are voided and stakes refunded;
• Odds Changes: Odds may change before a match begins. Confirmed bets will be settled at the odds in effect at the time the bet was placed, not the current odds;
• In-Play Betting: Live (in-play) bet results are final based on the score at the time the bet is confirmed by the legowin33 system.

Any player found to have used insider information or to have been involved in any form of match-fixing for betting purposes will be permanently banned from the legowin33 platform.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform legowin33 and may result in immediate account termination along with the forfeiture of all funds in the account:

10 Account Termination & Suspension
